Ouritsu Uchuugun: Honneamise no Tsubasa

A cadet named Shiro Lhadatt joins the Royal Space Force despite facing mockery and indifference from those in power and the public. After meeting a determined young woman, he becomes more committed to his goal of becoming the first person in space. While military officials plan to use the space program to provoke a large-scale war, Shiro and a group of older scientists work urgently to achieve the first successful launch.
