A typical student, Kotarou, deals with school stress and enjoys time with friends until a cheerful girl named Misha suddenly appears and asks to be his friend. Misha is an angel trainee who causes more trouble than help. Together with Kotarou's classmates Takashi and Koboshi, as well as Shia, a devil who does more good than harm, the group experiences various adventures and mishaps. The story is adapted from a manga by Koge-Donbo.
