Ryuuji Takane's victory in the Champion Carnival is quickly followed by a challenge from Black Shaft, the U.S. Junior Champion, who seeks to test Japan's top boxers before the World Tournament. Ryuuji, along with Takeshi Kawai, Kazuki Shinatora, Ishimatsu Katori, and Superstar Jun Kenzaki, must demonstrate their world-class abilities in preparation for the event.
