In the year 199X, humanity is on the brink of extinction due to recurring disasters such as extreme weather and massive insect infestations, attributed to demonic forces. A woman named Rosa emerges with enigmatic abilities, repelling these catastrophes and becoming a figure of global reverence. The leader of the demons, known as Demon, opposes her efforts and initiates the activation of the Tower of Babel as part of his scheme to eradicate humanity. This action draws Rosa's attention, prompting her to begin construction of the Tower of Cain. A conflict ensues between Rosa and Demon, with the fate of the human race hanging in the balance.
