SKULL MAN

A city where justice and freedom have faded into decay, ruled by conspiracy and shadowed by death. The Skull Man, a figure resembling Death itself, brings terror and violence, even to the city's criminal underbelly. Journalist Hayato Minagami and photographer Mamiya Kiriko pursue the truth behind a strange killing, navigating a corrupt and decaying metropolis.
