Twilight rescues Anya by disguising himself as one of Edgar's men and blackmails Edgar using his daughter Karen in order to stay out of his business. Twilight attempts to find a better home for Anya, as he feels like she should live a better life than his when he was a child. Anya convinces him to keep her and they find a new home. Later, Anya passes the admission exam to Eden Academy. The next day, Twilight and Anya are informed that stage two for acceptance into Eden Academy is a formal interview with the mother and father.
