Yuuta Hoshiya begins his journey at Ayana Academy, an institution centered on show business, particularly music. The school's musical department is led by the Kao Kai, a prestigious group composed of the top three students, who hold significant influence. Admission to the musical department can be accelerated by joining the Star Frame class, taught directly by Kao Kai members. Yuuta and four others—Tōru, Kaito, Shou, and Shuu—are struggling to maintain their status as department candidates due to personal challenges. Their situation changes when Ootori, a member of Kao Kai, notices them and becomes intrigued.
