A high school student from an isolated island moves to Tokyo and quickly runs out of money, leading to a life of solitude. He eventually secures a job writing for an occult magazine with questionable credibility. During this time, the city experiences continuous rain. While navigating the busy urban environment, he meets a young woman named Hina, who lives with her younger brother under unusual conditions. Despite their situation, they maintain a happy and resilient lifestyle. Hina possesses a special ability that allows her to halt rainfall and bring clear skies.
