Tentai Senshi Sunred

The Tama River region, primarily in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa, is the setting for conflicts between the organization Florsheim and the hero Sunred. Florsheim, led by General Vamp, is composed of polite and conscientious villains seeking to destroy Sunred and conquer the world. Sunred, known to many as Red-san, is a brash, aggressive, and impolite defender of justice. Despite their opposing goals, both sides remain committed to their roles. The series also references other heroes and villainous groups. Each episode consists of short segments of varying lengths. Much of the humor stems from character interactions, particularly among Sunred, his girlfriend Kayoko, and General Vamp. Kayoko shares a friendly rapport with Vamp, often asking for his advice on domestic matters, while she frequently argues with Sunred in a manner reminiscent of a long-married couple.
