In a future where humans reside on colonized planets, their lives are governed by a computer system. A new group, the Mu, has emerged through evolution, possessing unique abilities. The Mu are resented and feared by humans but hope to find a peaceful home on Earth, a distant planet abandoned by humans due to environmental damage. Jomy is a young boy anticipating his birthday, when he will transition into adulthood. Unaware of the latent abilities within him, he is also unaware of the Mu's collective aspiration to return to Earth.
