Time Bokan 2000: Kaitou Kiramekiman

In a near-future setting, a pair of young thieves known as Kiramekiman carry out heists after issuing prior warnings. They are known for successfully stealing whatever they target. A team of detectives attempts to track them down but has not succeeded in capturing them. Unbeknownst to others, the thieves have a higher purpose, as their thefts are aimed at preserving future peace.
