Transformers: Scramble City

The Transformers arrive on Earth, and the Decepticon Devastator plays a role in the events leading up to the story. The Autobots begin building a powerful base known as Scramble City, with Ultra Magnus supervising the project. Learning of this development, the Decepticons send their combiner forces to attack.
