In 19th-century Paris, a young vampire named Noé continues his search for the Book of Vanitas. He encounters a vampire who has lost his mind and is confronted by a human doctor known as Vanitas. This doctor proposes a reckless mission to eliminate vampirism entirely, tempting Noé with a risky partnership. Despite the dangers, Vanitas learns of the return of the Beast of Gévaudan, a legendary creature from the past. Noé joins Vanitas to investigate this mysterious threat.
