Intense emotions from dreams can spill into reality, causing nightmares that threaten to spiral out of control. Touko and Rinko, referred to as "yume tsukai," are tasked with managing these disturbances. They use toys as weapons to eliminate the nightmares and ensure the dreams are restored to their original dreamers before any real harm occurs.
