Ichimura Tamito has always drawn criminals into his life, from kidnappings as an infant to thefts of his childhood toys. Hoping for a fresh start, he moves to a new city but is immediately drawn into crime. After fending off a knife-wielding attacker in daylight, he rescues a girl who shares his class. However, he begins to suspect something is wrong with her and the class as a whole. He realizes his strange attraction to criminals is intensifying, and discovers that his new class is composed largely of criminals and suspects.
