Gokupuri: Gokudou no Ouji-sama

A prince from a wealthy family, Zeroji, is frequently bullied and has lost his memory, presenting an opportunity for revenge. Meanwhile, Satuki, after being dumped, attempts to take her own life but is interrupted by a group of boys. She ends up helping a chubby boy who was also being bullied. Grateful, he vows to become handsome and attractive to win her over, pretending to be her boyfriend to spite her ex. As he transforms, Satuki begins to feel conflicting emotions about his new appearance and his true self.
