Itoshi no Kana

A man named Daikichi, despite his name meaning good luck, faces misfortune by losing his home and job. He avoids homelessness by moving into an abandoned apartment building, which is not as empty as it seems. A girl's ghost, who died by suicide there years earlier, inhabits the space. The manga is an ecchi romantic comedy written by Tanaka Yutaka, known for Ai-Ren.
