Kaijuu no Kodomo

A girl named Ruka, who once saw a ghost in the water at an aquarium where her father works, feels a strong pull toward the facility and two enigmatic boys named Umi and Sora. These boys were raised by dugongs and experience the same mysterious underwater sounds that Ruka hears. While Ruka and the boys become entangled in these strange occurrences, the adults at the aquarium, including her father, remain only vaguely aware of their experiences. At the same time, they are preoccupied with investigating the global mystery of the oceans’ disappearing fish.
