Kidou Senshi Crossbone Gundam

A decade after the events of Gundam F91, Seabook Arno and Cecily Fairchild uncover a plot by Crux Dogatie of the Jupiter Energy Fleet to invade Earth. Cecily adopts her birth name and reassembles the Crossbone Vanguard, a group posing as pirates to combat the Jupiter Empire. Seabook, using the alias Kinkedo Nau, becomes a key pilot alongside Zabine Chareux, a former Vanguard veteran. Tobia Arronax, a teenage Newtype, becomes involved in the conflict between the Crossbone Vanguard and the Jupiter Empire. While the original Gundam F91 is often seen as a weak entry in the series, Crossbone Gundam is praised for its strong characters, compelling narrative, and distinctive mecha designs. Many speculate that the original, longer version of Gundam F91 could have been similarly successful had it been completed as initially intended.
