The protagonist, Inori Takafuji, is not particularly ambitious, preferring rest over action. Their life changes when they are summoned to another world, where a king demands they fight an enemy. Despite the inconvenience, the situation is not entirely unpleasant. However, this experience repeats when another summoner appears, granting a new power and sending them elsewhere. This cycle continues with a third summoner, each time providing another ability and transporting them to a new location. Confused and frustrated, Inori just wants to stop being repeatedly summoned.
