Meteor Methuselah

A 624-year-old man known as Rain Jewlitt, referred to as Methuselah, possesses immortality and eternal youth. He wears priest-like clothing and is often distracted or spaced out. A bounty is placed on his head by those seeking the secret to his immortality. Machika Balfaltin, a 14-year-old tomboy with high energy, seeks to kill Rain after her grandfather’s death. Her grandfather, an assassin known as Zol the Grim Reaper, was unable to kill Rain. Rather than killing him, Machika repeatedly finds herself rescued by Rain from other bounty hunters targeting them both.
