Perfect World

A 26-year-old woman named Tsugumi Kawana meets again with her high school crush, Itsuki Ayukawa, during a professional gathering involving an architecture firm and her interior design company. Initially, she is emotionally affected by seeing him, but her feelings shift when she learns he is now in a wheelchair due to a disability.
