A military officer, Captain Grahad Mills, is wrongfully blamed for a conspiracy he was unaware of and denied legal representation during his trial, resulting in a death sentence. On the day of his execution, he escapes from a military prison, killing a group of national guards and his former subordinate, Captain Waldman, who had betrayed him.
