In a future where organ transplants are widely accessible, an underground group exploits the technology for sinister purposes. A lone individual, Youkou, discovers this hidden threat and becomes involved in efforts to stop it. The only force capable of confronting this organization is the specialized unit known as Jackalope, whose intervention may be the last hope for preventing catastrophe.
