Eight years prior, a woman was raped and killed by three juvenile offenders who were later released under legal protection for minors. Her younger brother, determined to see justice served, begins searching for those responsible. After being struck by a cyclist linked to the attackers, he is hospitalized and gains the power to enter and influence others' dreams, which have tangible effects in reality. He resolves to use this ability to carry out retribution against those who harmed his sister, particularly after nightfall.
