Smith comes up with a strategy for his match against Gotou, and then sets out for the Lion King Tournament. Gotou’s favorite plays are Static Rook and Bear in the Hole, so Smith plans to counter with Windmill. During the match, Smith does employ the tactics he’s best at, but is that enough?
