A gang of rough high school girls steal a locker key from a woman on the street. They open the locker expecting something worth money, but find a baby inside instead. The girls panic and decide to leave it there, but the heart of the leader softens and she takes him to be seen by Black Jack when he gets seriously ill. Black Jack treats him, but says he is malnourished and needs to be seen in a hospital. The girl resists and leaves, sneaking out at night to care for the baby, until she is caught by her parents.
