2010年1月4日Nayu Hayama is a twelve year old girl entering Ounan Middle School, a private school for girls, at the top of her class. However, she trips on her way to give a speech at the entrance ceremony, exposing her lace adult panties. Nayu's classmate Yako Jinguji witnesses the event and suspects her of paid dating, prompting Yako and her friend Haruka Shiraishi to go in search of the truth. Nayu gropes Haruka's large breasts when the three meet in the hallway. With growing suspicions, Yako decides to get some photographic evidence.

2010年1月18日Having healed Yako's stubborn heart with a hand-made bra, Nayu decides to join the Crafts Club to make more creations. However, the Crafts Club refuses to put underwear on display at the Culture Festival and turns her down. Yako encourages the dejected Nayu to form an Underwear Club. Nayu immediately sets out to form the club, but the teachers' reactions are less than favorable. Hiroki Komachi from Class E decides to help Nayu despite his bitter past.

2010年1月25日Inspired by Komachi's words, Nayu asks Yako and Haruka to be her underwear models at a meeting to explain how to choose proper underwear. Yako eagerly agrees to help Nayu, but Haruka, feeling insecure about her breasts, in unsure about being seen in her underwear. However, Nayu's cheerful attitude in the face of her terrible loss gives Haruka the courage to give modeling a try. The meeting is met with great enthusiasm, but when Tamaki Mizuno-sensei discovers Komachi fighting with some peeping toms, the situation gets out of hand.

2010年2月1日Her Underwear Club ruined by the peeping tom incident, Nayu feels depressed. She turns to Keigo Hayama, the step-brother she has been living with since her parents passed away, for support. Feeling responsible for the incident, Komachi turns up on Nayu's doorstep to encourage her to form an appreciation society instead of a club. With the decision to form an Underwear Society made, Nayu invites Yako, Haruka, and their advisor Tamaki to an overnight meeting. However, Nayu cannot get Kiyono Amahara's words off her mind.

2010年2月8日Nayu cannot hide her distress with Kiyono Amahara as a member of the Underwear Society. Kiyono is a troublemaker who drives off Komachi by lifting her skirt and throws out her underwear when Yako calls it plain. In an attempt to preserve the light atmosphere of the Underwear Society, Nayu suggests they assemble a bra from scratch, knowing even Komachi can participate comfortably. The other girls learn more about Kiyono when she begins discussing underwear design and makeup.

2010年2月22日The Underwear Society goes on an overnight trip to the seaside ryokan Nayu's grandmother used to visit. The girls of the society are bursting with excitement, but their explicit conversations put Komachi on edge. Komachi finally has the chance to relax by himself in the men's bath, but he passes out when he hears the girls' thrilling conversation. When he finally comes to, Komachi finds himself wearing underwear and cannot hide his dismay at being seen by the girls.

2010年3月1日Yako causes an incident when she changes in front of her childhood friend Kota after a morning practice. She believes it to be growing pains from her developing breasts, but Tamaki suggests her developing heart is the cause. When the group heads off to the summer festival, Haruka ends up taking Nayu by the hand.

2010年3月8日With the cultural festival approaching, Kiyono gets a job as an catalogue model for her mother's underwear maker. However, the vain Kiyono requests bras one size too large, and none of the bras prepared on the day of the photo shoot fit. Nayu advises the distraught Kiyono to wear the junior bras instead. Kiyono rejects Nayu's suggestion, refusing to wear underwear that will not appeal to men, prompting Nayu to redesign the underwear.

2010年3月15日Having seen the magazine article, the Acting Clubs asks the Underwear Society to help make their costumes and appear in their play. Nayu still has not informed the society members she will be moving to Kyoto with Keigo. Kiyono and Komachi express their concerns, but Nayu refuses to tell anyone about her move to Kyoto until after the cultural festival. On the day of the festival, Tsukamoto-sensei finds out about the magazine article and puts the play on hold.

2010年3月22日After the cultural fetival, Nayu informs her friends she will be moving. Unable to hide her shock, Haruka quits the Underwear Society. To make matters worse, Tamaki's apartment burns down, bringing the Underwear Society to the verge of dissolution. Hurt by Haruka's rejection, Nayu fears she has lost another friend. Komachi pays a visit to her house to reassure her she is not alone and begins making plans for the Underwear Society. On the day of Nayu's move, Yako finally brings Haruka and Nayu together to talk.
