Nobita's father tells him that he had received chocolate from a girl when he was a child, so Nobita and Doraemon go to the past to find out who the girl was. Nobita falls into a pond and gets wet, and Doraemon gives him a piece of cloth to wear which makes him look like a girl. They spot Nobita's father coming to the edge of the pond, and Doraemon gives Nobita chocolate which he gives to his father. (Source: Wikipedia)
