14歲的學生Love Momozono總是把他人放在自己之前。在觀賞了舞蹈團體「Trinity」的表演後，她受到啟發，決心追求舞蹈之路。在活動期間，來自Labyrinth Kingdom的特務現身，試圖收集觀眾的不開心情緒。Love獲得變身為Cure Peach的能力，並與他們對抗。不久之後，她的朋友Miki加入她的行列，變身為Cure Berry，而Inori則變身為Cure Pine。

2010年1月31日The final battle between Cure Angel and Moebius. But Moebius refuses to give up and attempts to use Chiffon to destroy Labyrinth in a last ditch effort to defeat the cures. But the cures manages to reach Chiffon with their Loving True Heart Fresh attack and escape the supercomputer before it explodes. With the people of Labyrinth freed the cures return home.
