As Ryuko attempts to steal a gold panda, she is thwarted by the mysterious phantom thief, Visconte. Meanwhile, Kazumi argues with her father, who is often worried about her. Later that night, the girls learn of an announcement by Visconte to steal a jewel and decide to go after him. After making him veer off course with their arrow, they find he has left the jewel behind, leaving a note commending Feathers' efforts.
