一道魔法結界長期將人類與魔法界分隔開來，但當強大的魔法球體遭竊並墜落地球後，危機就此展開。魔法國王派遣三位專門人士——擅長戰鬥的Boss、精通變形的Lime，以及擅長形態轉化的Poogie——前去奪回球體。這些球體一旦接觸人類世界，便會從日常用品中吸收負面情緒，進而轉變成BEM（即Bug-Eyed Monsters，獨眼怪）。三人必須迅速行動，在更多BEM被製造出來之前奪回球體。
