BAMBOO BLADE

Kojiro is a young teacher who is struggling to manage his school's kendo club, but has neither the time nor the resources to properly develop it. After an old friend dares him to a bet involving a year's supply of sushi, Kojiro becomes determined to defeat his friend's kendo team. In order to do so, he must first assemble a five-member squad. His first challenge is recruiting Tamaki Kawazoe, a highly skilled kendo practitioner and the daughter of a renowned kendo instructor. However, Tamaki is not interested in participating for enjoyment, and Kojiro must find a way to persuade her to join the team.
