Blind Love

Shou is the son of a gang member and serves as Taiki's right-hand man, where Taiki is the son of the gang leader. After celebrating his high school entrance, Shou meets Kunie, Taiki's cousin, who has long been a person of interest to him. At Kunie's request, Shou visits his home, where Kunie suddenly asks Shou to be his. Shou refuses due to his loyalty to Taiki, but Kunie drugs Shou's drink and takes advantage of him while the opportunity presents itself.
