Kentarou is a manga artist who joins a group of adults reuniting to reignite their childhood passion for Mini 4WD. He becomes involved in the activities of the newly established team called "Twin Stars Mechanomotive Force Laboratory," and slowly comes to rediscover the joy of playing with complete dedication.
