Kaijin Fugeki

Children perform ritual dances to seek divine aid against destructive natural events referred to as Night. Jin, a boy from a Japanese village, meets Gao, a British soldier displaced by the same phenomenon. They enjoy peaceful times with friends in their rural community until the Night returns unexpectedly.
