Kimi no Ondo, Boku no Netsu

Kanan is a high school student who is also a popular idol, and has been in a secret relationship with Nichika, the person she has loved since elementary school. Due to her hectic work schedule, it is difficult for her to attend school, making it hard for her to meet with Nichika regularly. Their inability to be together openly causes concern for Nichika and distress for Kanan.
