Ryuu no Hanawazurai

Shakuya is a teenager who is destined to lead the Dragon Clan and possesses the ability to transform into a dragon. She is caught between two fiancés: one who disappeared long ago and has now returned, and the other who refuses to give up. In order to resolve this complicated situation, she decides to wait for a year before choosing the man she loves the most. On her hands are magical tattoos, each representing one of her suitors, which grow larger as her feelings for them develop.
