Sore de wa Minasan

Akiyoshi-san is an attractive older man who works as a colleague of the eldest brother. The youngest sibling, Hokuto, falls for him at first sight and is determined to win his affection. At the same time, the middle brother, Nishiya, develops intense emotional and physical reactions toward Fuyuno-sensei, Hokuto's homeroom teacher.
