Tenohira no Akira-kun

Shiori is an office worker who is struggling to recover from a recent breakup and feels emotionally stuck. When she seeks comfort, she is surprised by the sudden appearance of a small, high school-aged boy named Akira. Unlike most men, he is not imposing, but rather gentle and endearing.
