Yuutousei wa Unmei no Akai Ito Ni Sakaraitai

Miyanari is a hardworking student who unexpectedly discovers a red thread of fate connecting him to Hashiba, a delinquent in the same class. Despite his initial skepticism, the thread seems to draw them together in various situations, such as when Hashiba helps Miyanari with an injury or when they are accidentally locked in a room together. As they spend more time together, Miyanari begins to see a kinder side of Hashiba, one that contrasts with his tough exterior.
