<b>Yuu</b> (born October 18) was a Japanese manga artist and illustrator. She was born in Ehime Prefecture and resided in Tokyo. On Twitter, her husband announced that the artist had died on July 1st, 2017. Yu's husband reported that her health had worsened since May 2017, but improvement was in sight. Nor would Yu's sudden death be directly related to her chronic condition. Yu's husband also mentions that she loved drawing since she was a child, which her parents confirmed.
