<b>Gamon Sakurai</b> is a Japanese manga artist from Tokyo. He was selected for the Afternoon Magazine Four Seasons Award in 2006 and won the grand prize in 2008 with A Soramimi.
Sakurai is also publishing adult manga under the other name of "GGGGGGGGGG" which is written as "G-10". He first intended to put his work as G-10 when asked to write his brief history for the profile on moae.jp, which was quickly stopped by a Kodansha editor.
<b>Personal life</b> In the interview article from "Bishoujo Kakumei KIWAME" vol.15, Sakurai has cited Katsuhiro Otomo, Hitoshi Iwaaki, Ryouji Minagawa, Tetsuro Ueyama and Tatsuya Egawa as the manga artists who have influenced him.
