Team 7 is sent on their first mission. Their first mission is to expel bandits from a small village called Green Banks. As Konohamaru assures Kiri, leader of the village, that his students are well trained for the mission, the villagers start attacking them in the night. As Sarada realizes they are trapped in an illusion, Boruto finds one of the enemies but is wounded in the clash. After Mitsuki knocks down the berserker villagers, Kiri is taken down by the enemy.
