Hajime is intent on finding the real culprit even though everyone considers the case closed. He suggests that one of the airplane crash survivors changed their name and is seeking revenge. Hajime proves that Marina Ayatsuji was able to commit the murders and she eventually confesses. She tells them that she was a 10 year old named Marina Kuze when survived the crash and vainly tried to help her trapped mother. She asked Kano, Akashi, Hiruta and Mizunuma to help her when they arrived, but they refused. She blamed them for the death of her mother and wanted revenge, and she thanks Hajime for exposing the truth. (Source: Wikipedia)
