Crocel and Kamui have gentleman Mr Hat who promises to make them the greatest users of summoning magic. Sabnock and Asmodeus are given Balam who promises to make them the strongest warriors. Iruma and Lied are given Balse, who only promises to train their fighting spirits. Ameri reminisces about her date with Iruma but is upset she did not manage to see him before school started. She is further disappointed when, due to his lessons with Balse Iruma is forced to cancel their reading of First Love Memories, but she accepts it is necessary.
