An examiner arrives from the Sweets Kingdom and tells Vanilla, Chocolat, Caramel and Cafe that they have not sent enough Sweets Cards to the Queen. Therefore, they must take a supplementary exam. The examiner told them they are not allowed to return to the human world unless they pass.
