An examiner from the Sweets Kingdom informs Vanilla, Chocolat, Caramel, and Cafe that they failed to send sufficient Sweets Cards to the Queen. Consequently, they are required to undergo a supplementary examination. The examiner explicitly states that the group cannot return to the human world until they successfully pass this test. Simultaneously, Chocolat experiences loneliness after observing other spirits displaying close bonds with their partners. Feeling isolated, she decides to depart for the Sweets Kingdom without informing Kashino of her departure.
