A 15-year-old girl named Hikari Kohinata lives by the ocean and enjoys spending time diving. On her first day at high school, she meets a teacher who shares her interest in scuba diving. She also meets a 16-year-old classmate named Futaba, who becomes involved in Hikari's energetic activities from their first encounter.
