Cosmo Warrior Zero

A war between Earth and the machine men has ended with a peace that favors the machine men. Warrius Zero, who lost his family in the conflict, remains part of Earth's fleet, which now collaborates with the machine men. His ship includes both humans and machine men, and their mission is to capture the space pirate Captain Harlock. As Zero works toward this difficult objective, signs emerge suggesting the peace between Earth and the machine men might be more complicated than it appears.
